TERMS & CONDITIONS

We Respect Your Time So Please Respect Ours! Giving Both Parties The Best Experience

We love all of our clients, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. BOOKING YOUR SERVICE

All bookings will require a valid credit card (for rescheduling/cancellations/no-shows fees) to secure an appointment and is non-negotiable.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

All cancellation will be charged as a no-show appointment. Chemical services (including but not limited to: corrections, balayage, bleaching etc.) will be charged a 50% fee of the total starting price.

All other appointments will be charged the full amount (including but not limited to: haircuts, styling etc.).

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule please be sure to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to do so you will be charged a late rescheduling fee of $50 for all chemical services, and a $15 fee for all other services.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are going to be late to your appointment please let me know right away. Each appointment has a 15min curtesy window for late comers, however if you are past this time we will have to either settle for something less than what you expected or we will have to reschedule. If we are forced to reschedule you will be charged a no show fee of $50. 

 

REASONS TO DENY SERVICE

We have the right to refuse service to anyone. If at anytime we feel uncomfortable to provide you service, you will be denied for the best of both parties. We hope you understand <3
